At n-ergy group, we passionately deliver vocational training and employment support throughout the UK to our private clients, the public sector and to one of the hardest-to-reach groups: offenders and ex-offenders.

Our focus is on helping those inside prisons to develop their skills prior to being released. These skills are developed through vocational programmes such as NVQ’s. When released we deliver employability training, leading to a BTEC qualification.

Everyone deserves a second chance. As an advocate of helping this hard-to-reach group develop new skills and gain nationally recognised qualifications, full support is available through our recruitment company, n-ergy source to assist with them with their rehabilitation into the community and to secure sustainable employment. We also offer employment opportunities within our own social enterprise company, n-ergy works who specialise in chewing gum and graffiti removal. In doing so, we believe we make a wider contribution economically by helping to reduce re-offending and crime rates UK wide.

n-ergy group has both learner and employment responsive contracts with Welsh and English further education colleges, delivering a variety of programmes including apprenticeships.
